The signatures are on the album jacket beneath the original factory shrink wrap, not on the exterior shrink. The record remains factory sealed and unplayed.

Originally released in 1995, "A Boy Named Goo" was the band's commercial breakthrough and features the hit single "Name" along with fan favorites including "Long Way Down," "Naked," and "Flat Top."
