Plain, non-embossed, top opening, sleeve with Mark-Almond in black print. Printed inner sleeve. Back cover is without any text whatsoever, just a blue thumb print (label logo) on gray background. Runouts are etched, except for stamped Artisan logo (see images at [l267310). T1 indicates [l403953. Visually similar to [r20860015 but this version has a super-abbreviated B-side runout.
